It might be a silly question. But if I have a small UK pension plus spanish earnings under ?4000 do I still need to register with Agencia Tributaria to pay taxes? I’m presuming that the situation is similar to that of the UK in that there is a minimum earnings/income threshold. Also having paid tax already on my UK pension to the IR would this tax be deducted from gross pensions income by the Agencia Tributaria?? Would I need to pay tax in Spain on my pension when I already payed in the UK???
I’m in a strange situation. About to move to Asia within a month so I need to know what I owe, if anything to Spain after being semi retired here for 15 months.
