Dear Sir,

According to the Spanish Law, you will pay your taxes in Spain if you are resident for taxes purposes. If you are in said situation, is the same if you live in Spain 10 or 340 days every year.

The situation can be diferent, if you have not applied for the taxes residence, but you live in Spain 185 days. The Spanish Tax Office will ask you the payment of the taxes in Spain.

If the property is not very expensive, your wealth tax should not be very high. Anyway, you should calculate the figures in order to find the best option.

If you have any question, do not hesitate to contact us.
