goodheart,
if she travels using a filipino passport, she needs a visa to visit the uk, the uk consulate will inform her the requirements to get a visa.
you don’t live together?

Yes we have been living together in Spain for over 3 years we have a son who was born in the filippines aged 4 he was issued with a british passport in PH we are having so much trouble trying to move my wife to the UK as a family we can have exercised treaty rights ( I do not have property in UK so the Embassy are asking mountains of Q plus when you go onto the GOV site for visa details the one we require will cost ?800 plus. its totaly shocking !! I can jump on a plane with my son she has to stay put here, think i will just put her in the boot lol
