Buying off-plan can be a nightmare if things go wrong, so personal recommendations are a must.
You need to ensure that your money is protected at all times, even if the project is never completed for any reason
Check that the plans and the land as well as the contract are legal.
Make sure you know exactly what is included in the sale, and what is extra cost (like furniture, kitchen & bathroom equipment etc.)
Get an independent legal adviser who specialises in your area and type of property to check the paperwork.
