I have heard that recently there have been changes made to the Family Reunification Visa concerning the rights of ?Dependants?been able to obtain permission to work in Spain.

My partner does not have a Spanish Passport, but has a Work Permit to remain here. We were of the understanding that by marrying I would be able to obtain permission to LIVE in Spain, but not to WORK. However, if the new changes are correct, by marrying, I would also be entitled to a full WORK Permit.

If anybody is aware of these changes and could deny, confirm or provide a little more information, I would be very grateful!
