Good Afternoon All,

Looking for some help, or direction as to where I can find information.

Heres the back ground.

I’m moving out to Barcelona next month with my wife and kids from Ireland (Happy Days)

The reason for the move (apart from to better our family life) is to set up a small office as the company I work for needs to have an office there and a Spanish speaker.( I don’t speak Spanish….yet)

We do not want to set a company up there as the head office is set up here in Ireland, but just have an office base.

I’m looking to find out what and how to pay employment taxes, and that sort of thing.

Can any one help, or send me some links please.
