We just got completion date from our solicitors here of 29th May.
That means we will be on our way to the villa in Moraira that we have purchased for permanent retirement living.

The place is 20 years old and there is dome work we would like to do to it immediately - can anyone recommend reputable builders that they have used for the following?

Putting electric motor on the gate
Tiling around the pool
Building a spiral staircase to the roof

Also any suggestions about where we can get some good second hand furniture in the area

I’m not in that area, so can’t help with the work you need directly, but would always advise to get references from anyone you contract for the work, and if possible ask to view previous work.
