I am a US Citizen who is a permanent resident of Spain - tarjeta de residencia and a Spanish wife.  I’ve got assets in Spain and the US and would like to correctly establish a Spanish will -with considerations for someone who is in my position.  I’ve spoken to a lawyer but didn’t feel like he totally understood (he told me I didn’t need a Spanish will whereas others have told me I absolutely should have one?).

Could someone provide me with the name of a good expat lawyer in Madrid who deals with these types of things and who could help someone in my situation?
