If I buy a SIM card before going to Spain and put it in my old Samsung Sync, can I recharge it using simply an adapter plug, or will the voltage not work for the phone? Am I better off just buying a phone and prepaid SIM card there?
Your cell will be dual voltage, adapter will work fine.
You will actually see it charge quicker than you have done before.
Don’t get your sim in the States to use in Spain.
Just get a local Sim, best for your area, and txt your friends with your new number.
