Hello everyone,

My girlfriend and I have plans to move to Spain in the near future. She’s currently a student in the US, but wants to move to Europe after she graduates. We already have a business idea and cannot wait to start!

Now comes the hard part…

What would be the best way to get her over to Spain and work with/for me?

Marriage isn’t really an option, unless it’s the only one.

The job position she would hold would not be very complicated thus making it hard to sponsor her while I could employ anyone else from Spain.

Does have anyone have experience with opening a company in the US and having a branch overseas she works for?
