Well not exactly ?400000, but just a little over that, but it has been VERY hard work. There are lots around at ?800k and above, but it looks like the further south you go towards Alicante the cheaper the property and the more you get for your money. The main problem has been finding the 7 - 10 bedrooms, not many of those around, though just found a very nice 7 bedroom property in Tamariu which we are now marketing for the vendor.

We sent 5 properties to our client for their consideration and they are in the process of negociating with the vendors. We will see what happens.
