Hello.

I’m an EU citizen and plan to move to Spain next year. I have a small pension and some investments which together will be enough to pay for the basics. I’m considering augmenting my income by renting a large property and renting out the extra bedrooms to travellers / tourists. Is this possible? Are there any general clauses in Spanish rental agreements that prohibit this?
