As a Truck Insurance Agent, you will be working in the customer service division and reporting to your team lead. Your objective will be to assist the clients in the best possible way.

You will be responsible for:

- Receiving inbound calls from clients
- Helping with problem solving
- Supplying all the necessary information
- Attending the customers’ needs
- Providing excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

Languages
- Fluent level of German and Spanish with an intermediate level of English

Experience
- At least one year of experience in customer service
- Experience in a help-desk position would be a plus

Soft skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone manner

- Stable professional background
