hi can any one help im trying to get a permit to operate a beach based busines i have been told that i have to apply to the police is this right ive already had to send a letter to the marine captain to see if i need a licence from them cost me xxxeuro [i think i was ripped off] as i only have a short time to apply[7-21jan]all help will be greatly recieved , i am based in the mar menor area[la manga]
