Ground turkey in madrid

We will soon be in the area of Madrid, only about 2 1/2 weeks away. VERY excited!!! Anyway, can you find ground turkey there?

Well you use it in place of ground beef. We have been vegetarians for a year but are thinking of adding this back in to our diet especially for our daughter. But we don’t want to try it out here if we can’t get it there.

I have never seen Ground Turkey or Turkey Mince (as it is called in the UK) but you shouldn’t have too much trouble getting turkey joints (frozen or fresh) at the supermarkets, and you can get a hand-operated mincer that clamps to your kitchen table for about ?30 or less, from most Ferretarias.  I have also seen turkey sausages and burgers in Carrefour - my kids love them!
