MY father was born in Spain and recently got his dual citizenship.  I currently live near Miami Fl and would like to apply for my dual citizenship.  Even theough I speak decent spanish, I dont read or write it very well.  What type of attorney do I need and what can I expect to pay?

Get in touch with the miami spanish consulate and they will help you. you probably only need to fill out some forms and give them both your parents birth certificates along with your own.
Good luck

gijonluis,
why didn’t your father get his spanish citizenship when he was born?
