Can anyone please advise.Someone I know has bequeathed her will to a beneficiary in the UK who has since died. The partner of this person has also died, leaving a family of five children. Will this inheritance be automatically divided between them or should she make another will naming them?
One other question. If she makes a will in the UK will that supercede the Spanish one?

Really complicated one. How can the deceased make another will. ? It is simple enough to make a Spanish will, you can make one as a foreign national subject at any Notary, wording the will according to you given rights in you own country. A lot of details are needed and the will would only apply to Spanish goods unless you go for an International will covering all you worldly goods.
If goods are left without will then they will be subject to common Spanish Law with regards to inheritance. However please confirm all this with a Notary.
