Hello

I am looking for someone that lives in the Mijas Costa Area.

We just purchased an apartment there, and we will most likely be there end of May to late June.

If someone id from that area please reply.

Thank you

Hi. I live in Mijas Costa, just outside La Cala de Mijas. You’ve picked a beautiful place to live. Whereabouts is your place?

I used to live in La cala,if you are looking to meet people from this area i would suggest La cala market on a saturaday then go down to the beach by the tower, there is a resturant called Sagitario were everyone goes for coffee or a snack.I found this the place place to meet people.

Hello All.

Thanks for the reply.

The apartment is located at El Porton 7 . It looks like a good place. I haven’t seen it yet , just pictures of it.

Is there multiple Grocery stores around? Any Fiestas or Ferias coming up in end of May to mid June?

Anything you can tell me will help a lot. We also like Flamenco, Tapas, Paella.

Thanks for any info regarding the area.

Looks like it is in the Calahonda Urbanisation but quite a way up the hill. Calahonda itself has loads of shops, bars etc scattered around, not sure about how close to the apartments any would be though.

El Porton is right up the top of calahonda,i think theres a little supermarket and a couple of resturants. If you want to go anywhere a car is a must as no bus goes up there. But not to sure about the little train. When you get to spain look foe a mag called Key to mijas costa.
