Hi Everyone

I am having trouble renewing my Passport, I have had it returned twice because the photos are not right.  I am now sending a third lot of photos etc etc.

If I do not get my Passport back in time, can I use my Residencia for travelling to Ireland and back to Spain?

My Residencia has my fingerprint - which my Passport does not have yet.

I have searched several websites to get the answer but have failed miserably.

What do you think?

Good question! because my Spanish wife travels between Spain-England with only her Spanish National identity card. When I last did the trip I left Spain with my Residencia card but when I showed it at Luton they asked to see my Passport! Perhaps with the papers proving you are re-newing?? or go to the actual passport office and collect??

I had exactly the same wonderful experience in LHR.
Strange!
