Hi,
  I am moving to Spain on Saturday, I quite enjoy computing and gaming.

Could anyone advise me of stores that would be of use to me.  Preferably near Murcia, but any help would be useful.

Try Media Mark - they have everything and more!

you got pc city wich is part off the DSG International plc,  also own pc world uk if that helps but if your in two gaming many what to ask around there when you get there

If you mean near Murcia City, there are two very large retail parks, just of the main A7 Motorway (IKEA location). there are a few specialist gaming shops in both the malls.  There is then, PC City and Media mart up at Vista Hermosa at Alicante,  and in both Alicante and Murcia city there are plenty of specialist shops in the busier shopping areas.
