just wondering what the _approximate_ costs for an apartment in barcelona are.
should be btwn 80 and 100 sq meters, obviously not in the shadiest district and close to public transport.
at least second floor
balcony would be nice 😊

have you checked out idealista.com? that should give you an idea…

also, on the real estate page here it says in barcelona its an average of 3700 per square meter, so 3700 x 100 = 370,000 average price for an apartment of 100 squre meters in barcelona! math is fun 😉
