Hi, I’m an american architect married to woman from Barcelona. We’re planning to move to Barcelona in the next year or so, so I joined the forum to learn about the process of obtaining residency and the ability to work in Spain, as well as how to prepare to work as an architect there. I always hear that salaries are lower there, and I expect there will be a lot to learn in terms of european building codes, different materials and building systems, etc..
