Immigration Lawyer in Madrid?

I am a US citizen living in the US and working for a US company.  My company would like to send me to Madrid for 2 yrs to help with the start up of a partner company in Madrid.  There is already a Spanish citizen in Madrid who is managing the new partner company (it’s officially a separate company).  He needs help from a good immigration lawyer in Madrid to navigate the paperwork in getting a work permit for me.

From the research we have done so far, we think what is required is to write a service contract between the Spanish company to my US company.  We just don’t know exactly the steps required or the time frame it will take to get the work permit and work visa for me and my family.  I was hoping to be in Spain by May or June.  Is that realistic?

Does anyone have any advice in this process, or recommendations for a good lawyer in Madrid?

Thanks!
