Hi,

My husband is a student in Spain and his course ends in May 2011. Currently I am working in Singapore, but I am planning to quit in Jan 2011 and join him for a couple of months (preferably > 90 days) and travel around Europe before we return to Asia.

My husband and I are both Indian citizens and he is currently living in Spain as a student resident (Type D (open)) visa for which he was issued a NIE by the Spanish Government.

Can I apply for a student dependent or family regrouping visa so that I can stay in Spain (for most of the time) and travel around the Schengen territory for a period of more than 90 days but definitely less than 180 days ?

What kind of a visa should I apply for ?

What are the requirements for the visa ?
