After three years living in Spain I am in the process of returning to the UK, having spent a great time in Asturias! (Will happily answer questions on the north of Spain as well!!).

I have been working as an autonomo and am having a few issues working out what forms I need to complete, I will end my work contract and leave the country. Typically I find the websites somewhat confusing and advice quite hard to come by - Modelos 036 & 840 on the Agencia Tributaria page and Darse de Daja on the Seguridad Social all seem to raise their faces. However I cannot ascertain if these are actually correct or I need other forms?

Does anyone have previous experience of this situation and could advise me? Very easy to give them money but harder to stop paying the cash!

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
