Hi,I would be very happy for any advice.
For 3 years my I.R.P.F. was 7,54%-same job, same status as for all 3 years. Now on 24.12.2010 I have received my salary minus more then 200 Euros(Merry Christmas to me from my emploers). In my new nomina it is I.R.P.F. now 25,63%.My accountant(not very bright girl in past) could not explain why it is so big change.Only she said-From December law changed in Spain.
As all tax return happens in April-May,I do not really believe her.
Please,can anyone help with advice!!
Thank you very much!!

Hope this helps…

It’s only my opinion but based on the table in the link it looks as if 25% appears to be the going national and provincial rates combined for people earning up to 17,700 Euros p.a., so if you have been paying only 7.5% (this might be the provincial rate for your area), it could be that the taxman is playing catch up.
