hello! my family is originally spanish and i recently got my Spanish passport. i never been to Spain and would love to explore Madrid and if there is a chance, to work. i know the unemployment rate there is high at the moment. i would like to know what are the possibilities for me to find work, since I cant speak fluent spanish . I have a degree in computer engineering, but has no working experience on that field.  For after graduation, I was fortunate enough to put up my own business (Salon and Spa). I would love to know my options there. I am also willing to take up short courses there to enhance my spanish.
Thanks so much!

beau,
learn spanish first. get some experience in your field. once you get a level B1 or B2 come over and improve it and see if you like it here. i know filipino engineers working as engineers or as waiters. it depends on who you orients you. and your luck.
