How healthy is the food?
A)Is it genetically modified?
B)Is it sprayed with harmful pesticides?
C)Is it over processed thus lacking important nutrients?

Water quality
A)Is fluoride dumped in the water?
B)Is there a large amount of estrogen in the water from birth control pills,plastic lining…?
C)Are there other harmful chemicals?

I believe Spain may also suffer from some of the many harmful effects of dealing with rising costs and an increasing population, such as those that you mentioned.

That said I can’t help but feel that at least the food is less processed. Also, I don’t drink the tap water as it tastes bad (in Barcelona).
