I have just been told that i need a police clearance(crime report) from my home country to apply for my NIE here in spain.
I need to send my fingerprints back to my home country for them to issue me a police clearance. Please does anyone know
where a foreigner can be taken fingerprints here in spain. My country also dosent have an embassy here in spain so i cannot
use the embassy way.

Seems like the kind of thing you’d have to do in person back in your home country (which one btw?), but I could be wrong.
