Hi all!  I just arrived here in Cadiz from Philadelphia, to stay for 2 to 4 years.  Chose to live here in the city rather than one of the nicer suburbs since I’m still a pretty young guy (25 approaching 26) and the nightlife here seems great.

Although I speak a little Spanish it’s been a bit tough for me to meet anyone so far.  And I haven’t found any other English-speakers yet, but I know you must be out there!  Anyone else out here in Cadiz feel like getting a few drinks and sharing some of your experiences?

Hey dimdem, check out this blog by an expat in Cadiz. Hilarious writing. Unfortunately he’s moved to Prague however.

Thanks very much for the welcome.  I just finished reading the blog that you linked (thanks!) and I love it!  Coincidentally I’m from around Philadelphia also.  I’d love to hear what he’s been up to since leaving Cadi…

But yeah, a great sense of humor, and great advice as well (I’ve been trying to figure out about pichas and chochos since I’ve arrived…).  Maybe I’ll try my hand at starting my own little blog!
