Hi,

I’m in the US and my Girlfriend is in BCN.  I’m planning to move over there and I am trying to figure out the best way to go about the Visa situation.  I was wondering if Spain has a fiance visa?

I work on the internet and won’t be looking for a job in Spain.  I just want to stay there legally in the easiest way possible.

Wow, can I ever relate to this…

Anyway, my suggestion would be to register your company in Spain and transfer your web assets to this company. Your company can then sponsor your visa. Talk to http://www.strongabogados.com about it, they’re good people and should know what I’m talking about.

Check out the Spanorama pages and feel free talk to the Cheat (via comments best I believe) as he went through this procedure as well. The working in Spain and being Autonomo article has some notes on this too.

Not that I’ve heard of. The (complete?) list can be found on our visas page though… except for the work visa
