pls let know if a person hv overstayed without a visa and now if he or she wants to return to thier country will there be any problem on the airport.

You may return to the airport anytime with a ticket to your destination (The Country You Are From)

In regards “To Problems If You Overstayed” that?s a question for the authorities you “May” get a slap on the wrist as they say…

you should be concerned , things have tightened up a lot since the attacks in Madrid . so check and double check . Your Embassy will probably have a suggestion .

Fine are been give out by airlines to over stays in spain and across Eu via immigration officials , this can be marked in you passport , this could come against you when travel again .

fine have not started yet ,but it been draw up my the Airlines ..... how it going two be put in to action ..... and what date its going to start will be some time
