hi there expats

my wife and i are working artists from England and Ireland respectively, and wish to visit Spain in the summer from june to september. we are looking to find accommodation that would also work as studio/art space. we are doing this on a budget and would literally be looking for something such as a small farmhouse/cottage or country hut. we are not looking on this as a holiday, but as a minimal, cheap living and work space for three months, therefore do not want to book through a travel agents. any ideas or suggestions, links etc. to something relevant, might be easier finding something like that within Spain. would appreciate any feedback, thanks, Tom Harrison .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

Have you tried loquo.com yet? It’s a good place to start. Which part of Spain are you looking at most closely? That’ll determine which local classifieds to check out first.
