Hello, i have applied for my student visa, however the process is taking so long and my flight leaves in 3 days. I had my passport mailed back to me so that i wouldnt miss my flight, and was thinking of just going to spain without my visa. I know i can stay there for 3 months without one, so it would technically be illegal for about 20 days. I was wondering if this would work or if i shoudl just wait it out and re-schedule my flight.

If it’s just 20 days then you probably needn’t worry about it. On the other hand if you think you’d like to stay for longer after your studies finish then that visa might coming in handy…
