How it works

When you purchase a service from our Online Gestoria, you'll supply a description of your case, location, and contact information so that our trusted partners can review it and get in touch within one business day (usually even sooner) to collect the details of your case or task and get started.

At the end of your case we'll reach out to confirm your satisfaction and review the gestor.

If there's a problem, contact us by email at gestoria@spainexpat.com or on Facebook Messenger www.facebook.com/spainexpat/ so we can sort it out. If we can't resolve the situation, we'll refund your money, less a €5 processing fee.
